On February 19-21, SMART ENERGY WEEK 2025 opened in Tokyo, Japan. Chint Power Systems presented its Ground-Mounted Power Station and new C&I energy storage solutions at Booth S27-8, showcasing the latest energy storage technologies and solutions to global exhibitors and further consolidating its leading position in the Japanese market.

As one of the most authoritative and influential industry events in the field of renewable energy in the Asia-Pacific region, this exhibition has built an important communication and cooperation platform for the global PV industry. Chint Power Systems, with its years of experience in the Japanese market, once again won wide attention with its innovative products and technologies.

New choice for C&I energy storage, 125kW/261kWh C&I Turnkey Solution

In response to the special needs of Japan's C&I energy storage market, Chint Power Systems has launched a new 125kW/261kWh Turnkey Solution, which combines high efficiency, flexibility, and safety to meet the needs of diverse scenarios in office buildings, factories, and commercial districts:

·All in one design, high efficiency and energy saving: Adopting All in one integrated design, the footprint is reduced by 20% under the same capacity, saving space and cost for customers.

Seamless switching between on-grid and off-grid: The built-in switching device between on-grid and off-grid supports fast switching to off-grid mode in case of a power outage, providing a continuous power supply for critical loads.

·Pre-installation and commissioning, convenient operation and maintenance: Pre-installation and commissioning are completed in the factory, and the system is designed for pre-maintenance, which significantly reduces the later maintenance costs.

·Multiple safety protection: Multi-level fire protection measures and explosion-proof structure design, from the battery pack to the system of all-around security, to ensure 'zero accident' operation.

·Modular expansion, flexible deployment: supports parallel use of multiple machines, and flexible expansion of capacity according to demand, to meet the diverse needs of projects of different sizes.

High-performance large-scale energy storage, 2.4MW/5MWh liquid cooling energy storage system

The energy storage system is characterized by high performance and high safety and can be configured with a variety of energy storage solutions such as 2MW/4MWh, 4MW/8MWh, etc. according to customer needs.

·High energy density: Through CTP high-efficiency grouping technology and standard 20-foot container integration design, the system-specific energy is increased by 35%, reducing kWh cost and providing customers with optimal integrated delivery solutions.

·Cluster-level management optimization: Ensure that each battery cluster is fully charged or discharged, solving the SOC inconsistency problem caused by multiple clusters connected in parallel in traditional solutions, with a system availability time of ≥98%, providing customers with a higher return on investment.

·Intelligent temperature control technology: Adopting intelligent liquid cooling temperature control technology and multi-stage variable-diameter liquid cooling piping design, the temperature difference between Pack-level cores is<1.5℃, and the temperature difference between system-level cores is <2℃, which improves the system cycle life.

·All-round security design: twelve-fold security protection design to ensure safe and stable operation of the system.
