Shanghai, February 12th, 2026 – Chint Power Systems (hereinafter “Chint Power”) has officially signed a cooperation agreement with ENEVO Group, a Romania’s leading renewable energy EPC contractor, for the 761 MWp/534 MWac Ogrezeni PV project. The agreement was signed in Shanghai, marking a significant milestone in advancing one of Europe’s large-scale PV projects. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Jun Li, CEO of Chint Power, and Mr. Radu Brasoveanu, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ENEVO Group.

Located in Giurgiu County, Romania, the Ogrezeni project ranks among the largest single-site PV projects in Europe and carries strong strategic significance for the region’s energy transition. ENEVO Group will act as the EPC contractor, taking full responsibility for project design, procurement, construction, and overall implementation management. As a key player in Central and Eastern Europe’s energy transformation, ENEVO Group has demonstrated industry-leading capabilities in delivering large-scale energy infrastructure projects. Between 2020 and 2025, the company achieved an average annual growth rate of 100%. As of 2026, ENEVO has more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy capacity under construction, over 1 GWh of energy storage projects in development, and has delivered 10 high-voltage substations ranging from 110 kV to 400 kV.

Chint Power is a globally recognized provider of solar inverters and system solutions. In 2025, the company maintained a leading position in the high-power string inverter segment. And its three-phase string inverters hold strong market shares across Europe, the Americas, Japan, and South Korea.

Under the agreement, Chint Power will supply advanced inverter solutions and comprehensive end-to-end support for the Ogrezeni project. Leveraging ENEVO Group’s strong local execution capabilities and mature EPC expertise, the two companies will work in close collaboration to deliver a high-efficiency, reliable and low-carbon benchmark solar project in Europe.
