The Chint Power Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is a dedicated team responsible for receiving, investigating, and disclosing product security vulnerabilities. We manage the product development lifecycle in accordance with standards such as IEC 62443-4-1., and define vulnerabilities as exploitable security issues present in products. If exploited by attackers, they may compromise the security, availability, and integrity of the products.

We take necessary measures to reduce vulnerabilities in our products and services, thereby minimizing or eliminating the harm and security risks they pose to customers. We will promptly disclose product and service vulnerabilities to customers and provide risk mitigation solutions. Simultaneously, we actively identify vulnerability management responsibilities, improve the vulnerability management system, continuously learn industry new standards, optimize vulnerability management processes, and enhance our vulnerability management maturity.
