If you encounter a potential security vulnerability related to Chint Power products, please notify our PSIRT promptly. You can send a description of the vulnerability (including product model, software version, operational scenario, steps, etc.) via email to psirt@chintpower.com (not the official power website, needs to be switched to another entity's email) and leave your contact information if you choose to provide it. We will not collect any personal information unrelated to this security feedback. Typically, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day after submission and a verification email within 7 business days. Subsequently, we will inform you of the latest progress during the vulnerability handling process.

Chint Power sincerely thanks and encourages any industry security organizations, customers, and suppliers to provide feedback on product vulnerabilities and will respond immediately. The PSIRT strictly restricts information access, opening it only to personnel directly involved in vulnerability remediation and customer notification, and takes industry-standard measures to protect data security. We will not proactively share the information you submitted with third parties. At the same time, we sincerely request that you keep the relevant information confidential until we publicly release a security advisory or provide a complete solution to all affected customers.
